With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Ravi has held various roles in top organizations. He began his career as a scientist at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and went on to become a Senior Consultant at PWC, Associate Director and CRM Service Line Manager at Cambridge Technology Partners, Business Head (CRM License Sales, South-East Asia), Director (CRM and SCM Value Sets) at Sapient Corporation. In his most recent role, he served as the President of Infosys, where he focused on reimagining and reinventing technology services and transforming client businesses.

Mr. Ravi is passionate about power networking and driving thought leadership in digital transformation, the future of work, workspaces, and the workforce. To this end, he has been a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Reskilling Consortium, the Fortune CEO working group for Workforce Redesign, the Chair of the Governors IT & BPS Workforce Council of the State of Connecticut, and a member of the Board of Governors of the New York Academy of Sciences.
