With more than 21 years of industry experience, Dinesh Agrawal is a skilled leader in corporate development, business development, and strategy. He has had a varied career, working with several prominent organizations, such as Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Accenture, IBM, Thomson Reuters, Fidelity Investments, Shinsei Bank Tokyo, and Polaris Software. His roles have included Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Director of Ventures and M&A at Accenture, and Program Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at IBM, among others. He has overseen more than 30 acquisitions in various industries and has handled other inorganic deals, such as strategic minority investments, divestitures, LP investments, and so on, across markets such as the UK, Germany, Japan, South East Asia, NA, and India. Mr. Agrawal also engages in angel investing and mentorship for start-ups.
